Description
We don't have time management issues, we have priority management issues. Even though everyone has the same 24 hours available to them, how do some make better use of it than others? In this interactive session participants will come away with a deeper understanding of how goals drive how we spend or invest our time and some of the key steps in taking back time so that we can be more productive. The session will specifically delve into meeting management to address what is arguably one of the greatest time management challenges in today's business environment.
