Working as a mental health clinician has always been challenging as we are truly "front line professionals". We can be exposed to tragedy, grief, and pain on a daily basis. We often work in systems or environments that undervalue the work or are resource-strapped. In the midst of a pandemic, we may be more isolated from peers and supports while still expected to always have a full tank of empathy and compassion for others while we may be suffering from our own losses, fears or anxiety. In this webinar you will learn about not just why you should pay attention to your own needs but how!
